How long will it take to receive my Mind Stim CD?

If you're in Australia, your order will normally be sent by surface mail and will arrive within 3 to 14 days. Other faster shipping options are available at extra cost when you place your order online.

If you're outside Australia, your order will be sent by airmail. Please allow 7 - 14 days for delivery.

What's the best way to use my Mind Stim CD?

Mind Stim can be listened to with headphones or over speakers, even in your car. You can even play it in the background while you watch television or do other things.

You can listen to Mind Stim as much and as often as you like - the more the better. It's particularly effective when played softly in the background overnight while sleeping.

Is there music on the Mind Stim CD? What sounds are used?

No, water sounds are used to cover the sweeping frequencies used on the CD. This is much better than music as the brain quickly "tunes out" to the sound and after a short while you don't even notice it's on. This means you can play it in the background while you're doing other things, even watching TV. Here's more:

How often do I need to use my Mind Stim CD?

We'd recommend a minimum usage of 30 minutes per day for two to six months. However, playing the CD for longer each day will give faster results.

How long will it be until I notice results?

Mind Stim will start working from the first time you use it but when you start noticing results depends on many factors including how much and how often you use it, and the nature of the condition you're using it for. Changes are often noticed more quickly in children. However, most people who use the CD for at least an hour a day, every day, notice results starting to happen within 90 days.
