Many people when they begin the program are in a giant hurry to get from point A to point B. This is good in a way, since this dissatisfaction pushes us to seek new ways to grow. Deep level change, though, takes time, even with something that accelerates growth as much as the Holosync? technology. Please don't be in a hurry. Take it as it comes.

Each level has its own unique effect on the nervous system. Skipping levels denies you the growth you needed to have in that level, and while some people are convinced they must need a deeper level than others, we have found this attitude usually hides some insecurities that need to be confronted and shifted in order for change to take place. We therefore do not allow people to skip levels. Occasionally someone who has prior experience with brain wave altering technologies has been exposed to carrier frequencies lower than where we start people, and those people need to start in a slightly deeper level, but that is the only exception.

We can assure you that using all the levels, in order, and for the approximate time periods recommended, will create tremendous positive change and you will be very glad you followed the program as it was created.
