The first time I listened to a Centerpointe Holosync track, I wasn't sure what to expect. A friend who I trusted had recommended that I give it a go. But there was also a warning that some of the other people he'd suggested it to had found it just too powerful.

So I was cautious but intrigued when I put on my headphones and pressed "play".

I found the track quite relaxing. There's the sound of rainfall together with some bells chiming.

In reality, that's just there to disguise the real power of the Holosync system. Reading some of the copious notes that come with the system, I discovered that each ear is played a slightly different tone. The difference between the two tones causes your mind to reorganize itself for the better - a bit like a spring clean, except it's the cobwebs in your mind that are thrown out.

It's now about four years since I first used the Centerpointe Holosync system. I'm slowly progressing through the multitude of levels that they produce, each subtly stronger than the previous one. I even miss listening to the tracks last thing at night if I skip a session.

I haven't had any of the side effects that some friends have had - some of them find their mind too excited to sleep after listening to a session. But I've definitely noticed a positive difference in my outlook on life.
